Round table discussions with NAIFC Pro-Staff after the seminar
This NAIFC Pro Staff Seminar program is geared toward educating fishers to the world of tournaments ice fishing and the best products in the industry. The seminar is open to the public. After the seminar teams that are registered for the tournament will be paired with NAIFC Pro Staff in small groups. These group tutorials will include specific techniques on how to catch fish during a tournament. The groups will be invited to pre-fish on Hebgen Lake at 8:00am Saturday morning, where the NAIFC Pro Staff will demonstrating there fishing techniques uses to compete in tournaments. The goal is for the groups to be on the fast track to becoming skilled anglers, eventually becoming teachers to their friends and fishers in the local community.
Saturday Morning Kids Ice Camp
In class tutorial (Kirkwood Resort & Marina Boathouse) 10:00am-10:30am
On Ice fishing (Hebgen Lake) 10:30am- Noon
NAIFC Pro Staff will promote fishing education through demonstration in classroom tutorials. Parents must accompany their kids during the event. The kids and parents will then be invited to fish on Hebgen Lake with the NAIFC Pro Staff. Equipment will be provided. This is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce a new way for kids to enjoy what the outdoors has to offer. Each youth will be given sponsors products and promotional items for their future ice fishing adventures. Winter Fishing and introduction to the newest technology will give the parent and child a first look at ice fishing.

Tournament winners will be announced and awarded their cash prized at the Happy Hour Bar on Hebgen Lake Starting at 3pm. Cash Bar and Food will be seved, along with a fish cleaning contest and other fun, including pre-superBowl Partying.
