HT Enterprises Sponsors ICE MEN® & ICE CAMP™

HT ENTERPRISES, INC., industry leaders in modern ice tackle design and manufacturers of the original Polar Tip-Up, are pleased to announce they will be formal sponsors of the North American Ice Fishing Circuit (NAIFC), the affiliated NAIFC “Ice Men” reality TV show and NAIFC “Ice Camp,” an associated educational effort aimed at helping children learn to ice fish.
“We couldn’t be happier to have teamed with an organization strictly dedicated to the great sport of ice fishing,” commented HT corporate president Ken Grahl. “Historically there has been limited television coverage devoted to ice fishing, and while increasing amounts of television programming have begun covering ice fishing in some form, most exposure has been comprised of short televised segments, or perhaps a 30 minute broadcast or two. NAIFC’s Ice Men changes all that.”
Ice pro Tom Gruenwald fully agrees. “Ice anglers have traditionally been provided with only a fraction of the overall televised fishing scene. NAIFC has revolutionized that by offering programming exclusively devoted to ice fishing. Ice anglers can now watch the “Ice Men” series, follow their favorite team(s) throughout the season and view an entertaining, educational program produced by knowledgeable ice anglers. Each episode is filled with an entertaining mix of action, humor, tips and tricks, helping viewers learn about specialized ice gear offered by a variety of industry leaders–and how it’s fished by the pros, all within an entertaining format.”
At the same time, NAIFC is offering ample opportunities for serious ice anglers to get off the couch, become involved and network directly with the NAIFC Ice Men tournament pros, not only at live seminars, but through actual on-ice presentations and competitions. NAIFC even presents opportunities to compete in well organized tournament venues alongside the NAIFC professional anglers in several locations–and the addition of the Kid’s Ice Camps designed to help teach children how to ice fish on-site is an exceptional outreach effort. And thanks to the generous sponsorship of HT Enterprises, each participating child is given a rigged combo they can use throughout Ice Camp while being taught techniques and tactics by the NAIFC team of professionals.
“Ice Camp is an exceptional program,” Gruenwald complimented. “HT Enterprises stands behind this effort and is pleased to continue sponsoring the program by providing ice rod/reel combos for each child in attendance. When the camp session is over, children are told the combo is theirs to keep.”
More such exciting outreaches are currently being planned for upcoming winters. “It doesn’t end there,” Gruenwald continued. “In fact, this is really just the beginning. Be sure to stay tuned, more NAIFC ice fishing programs and events are already being planned for future winters!” For more information, ice fishing enthusiasts may go to WWW.NAIFC.COM or WWW.ICEFISH.COM.
